3 regional networks emerged under the umbrella of the Locomotives network:

• Sustran Lac in Latin America
• African Bicycle Network in Africa
• Locomotives India in India

Locomotives Network Latin America: Sustran LAC TA
Sustran LAC is a network of CSOs in Latin America, meant to support a growing number of organisations, groups and individuals in charge with sustainable transport in Latin America and the Caribbean region. Sustran LAC is to become a platform meant to share information and experience, ask questions, give answers and start discussions. Thus, individual organisations can assume stronger positions and have no need to invent everything anew.

Locomotives Network Africa: African Bicycle Network
African Bicycle Network is a CSO network in Africa. This network provides a platform to harness the knowledge, experiences and expertise which is already there in many CSOs to improve the quality of life of people in Africa through non-motorised transport. The network will be a focal point for regional integration to advocate and lobby for sustainable development with emphasis on non-motorised transport.

Locomotives Network India
Locomotives Network India is the Indian chapter of the International Locomotive Network of civil society organizations working on increasing cycling mobility. The main objective of the network is to create a broad platform to exchange ideas and learning on non-motorised modes of transport to strengthen the agenda of all partners with a view to bring policy reform through informed advocacy and take forward the issue in other cities.
